I agree, it does get old, and while you seem close to realizing the true reason, hinting at it, you didn't express it in your post.
The reason why you get fed up with non stop talking about problems is because it's non productive, perpetually kept in the early stages of the problem solving process, neutered of the entire point of talking about a problem.
Step 1: Acknowledge that a problem exists.
Step 2: Properly define and understand the problem.
Step 3: Propose possible solutions.
Step 4: Enact solutions.
Step 5: If proposed solutions fail, return to step 2 or 3 as needed and repeat.
Societal wide problems require communication and en masse action. However, if everyone on our side is perpetually stuck merely talking about a problem, and never acting to fix it, then they're not interested in solving the problem, only bitching about it to other people who also see it, in the hopes of getting money or fame from the popularity. Even worse, it's an intentional control mechanism to keep people trapped in the middle stages of the problem solving process without actually acting to fix them, or the controlled opposition continually misdefines the problem(s) and proposes solutions that never work. This is how the majority of mainstream right wing operates.
It should also be noted that bitching about a difficult problem to others, expecting other people to fix them, is womanly behavior. Anyone that's been in a relationship with a woman will understand. Seeing so many men do this speaks poorly of how much our society, and our men have been feminized.
This. And after going from step five back to two and three repeatedly, I have come to the conclusion that this conflict is spiritual in nature. Yup, then there's the body and mind aspect to consider.
I agree that spirituality is a part of it, because the people in power are so vociferously anti Christian and increasingly becoming more open about being satanic, but I think constant failure at step 5, society wide, is due to people being brainwashed by most of society's institutions, preventing them from being able to properly identify the problem(s), and proposing solutions that work. It's also because the mainstream parties, politically and culturally, are largely captured and corrupt, a false choice trap, where they constantly misdefine problems and enact solutions that will never work, giving people the illusion of choice and resistance.

This is hard, but worth it.
