If it's actually fake accusations, get a lawyer, take them to court and sue them for deformation since that's one of the heaviest accusations you can level on someone

If you're just going 'waah, stop saying mean things' and you CAN'T immediately dismiss it with evidence or show how ridiculous the claim is, you should get raided by law enforcement that comes from El Salvador since you probably liked Cuties and think drag strip shows for kids is educational..
