What's the gist here?

Looks like everybody but Superman is race-swapped (I.e,. Jimmy and the boss are black and Lois is Hispanic/Asian?)

Is this another woke attempt at Superman, or is something else going on here?

Sorry, I've clocked out of most new media because of Left-wing nonsense and people's obstinate obsession with defending it. So if I'm missing something, please feel free to explain.
