Eh getting beat up on is part of the reason he's getting paid so much. If you are salaried, you insist on getting paid it even if you fuck up. That's just how life works. It's not his fault that AB hired a retard for CEO. It is his fault that he is the retard. But he still gets paid. It's AB's job to fire him.
