RCMP: "Although it is difficult to determine motivations of those responsible until they are identified, this act demonstrates a hateful and non-tolerated attitude towards the 2SLGBTQ..." If the motivation is not known, how do they assert without proof that these tire marks represent hate? New religion. Things can be asserted without factual evidence.

Disgusting. Motorists should be required to detour around these decorations by driving on the sidewalk. Yes, pedestrians might get hurt. But it’s a small price.
