If he got a full beard similar to Kratos's (assuming he can, and I think he can grow facial hair), he might be able to pull off the look with some makeup. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some exceptional ree-ing (from people who don't even care about the franchise nor would even watch the film) if he is given pale white skin though.
