Well, the Pentagon did just "lose" 6 billion $ due to an "accounting error". Maybe they split the bribe.

That's what the IRS hired all those extra auditors and enforcers for, right? The government cares deeply about funds being misreported or "lost", so surely the Pentagon will be under strict audit for misreporting? I mean, if MY books were off by $6billion (or even $600), I would have my life ruined until things were back properly in order...
