The son of an expelled ex-Minnesota representative with a previous hit-and-run conviction has been arrested and charged with murder for plowing into a vehicle carrying five Somali women.

Indeed, ignoring the logistical problems even if Elon somehow built his platform outside of the sovereign waters of some country it would take days, maybe hours before a few scribbles or hasty meetings change those arbitrary boundaries to put him back under heel.
