I forget/don't understand the reason why KF is down long-term on Clearnet, but it's due to another campaign by Liz Fong-Jones to bully some of KF's internet infrastructure providers into dropping them again.

Null has said (on his Mad at the Internet livestreams) he has a contingency plan in place to return to Clearnet, but is enjoying the mini-vacation of being Tor only and is in no rush to bring it back
