In fairness to Tapper, I had our local NBC affiliate on yesterday afternoon. “Jeopardy” is usually on, and my elderly mother likes that.

It was literally at least a half-hour of just overhead motorcade footage. No news, nothing significant, just cars driving.

The heck with that.

<tinfoil hat>The local affiliate probably did that just to make people annoyed with Trump for interfering with their nightly TV watching. They can get people to turn off before he even starts talking.</tinfoil hat>
