no chance they win this unless Twitter has a paid contract of some sort with Tucker which I seriously doubt.

I agree. I'm not sure what his contract states, but I don't think he's working for anyone at the moment. I don't even know how he makes money off of this unless Twitter is already paying out content creators with ad revenue.
