My god, lol, I’m glad I was in public school in the 90s and early 2000s. The teacher would be calling me “they” all year, and I wouldn’t respond to anything but my name. I’d be very willing to see who broke first, me answering to a “they/them” or the teacher using “he/him” without me specifying. I think I could win that fight or force a yearlong draw.
