There are plenty of cleaner ways don't don't fuck up someone else's life. You have no right to impose that on the driver. Jumping in front of trains or traffic is evil, you have no right to do it. I'd rather kill someone who jumps in front of my car deliberately, than maim them but leave them alive, personally.
