Aside from food and fuel, there's nothing you can't do without for a month. Kind of impossible to avoid paying rent, though, so if you don't own your home, it's difficult.
Maintaining a boycott year-round based on what a business does in February and June, though... that's difficult.
You can't win em all, but you can take stock of as many as you can and then figure out which ones you can do without. The Gillette one a few years back and the Bud one now are as easy as "buy a different brand."
People seem to think we can win this thing with one huge push, when it took the Left a literal century+ to get this far and will likely take similar to push it back.
It's only realistic to limit consumption. Better for your health, bank account, and discipline as well.
I will say that for food and domestic goods, there are often private label / store brand options that are apolitical.
