COVID-19 magnified the polarisation and persistent social, economic, and racial inequities that already existed across US society
Your study is compromised: go directly to jail, do not pass go.
Reading a tad further; who funded this study? The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation funded this study. And they found that vaccination was the only measure that lowered death rates? Shocker...
While it's vaguely amusing that even such a BS study (look at the number of "authors", lol) still can't show lockdowns prevented deaths, it's pretty obvious there's an agenda here:
"Lockdowns, masking, and social distancing only did a little good, but "vaccines" did the most good. In a world where nothing is certain, let our product be the straw you grasp."
I'll also note that this data flies in the face of the data where I live (Canada) where the case, hospitalization and death rates for Covid were all higher in the vaccinated, until Public Health stopped tracking data last year. And, as far as I've seen, we've never resolved the whole "died with/died of" issue, so who really knows anything? I also didn't check, but was the "death rate" the per capita rate, or the number of people who died after testing positive? Because I would expect a lot of Republican voters to stop going to hospitals, unless they were dying, after the mandates came out, while Democrats would be showing up with colds and thus have a lower "death rate", as an example of data manipulation.
Be careful of wolves in sheep's clothing, like this here study. Now is the time they will be writing the history of what happened to suit their purposes.
