The easy way to fix that is say that any female prisoner who gets pregnant is executed after birth.

Alternatively, just send them straight to execution and not waste time and taxpayer money imprisoning them. They won't change, there is no chance an innocent woman is locked up because of the courts giving a pussy pass so often.
