I’m just sitting here waiting for the application process to begin so we can watch some black families get denied because they don’t have documented evidence their family was here in slave times, or whatnot. Because they can scream EQUITY all they want but you also know lefties love making rules about who is a “real” (insert oppressed thing here). You know it’ll be a shitshow. For rhetorical and optics purposes it’s probably honestly better from their POV that reparations never happen. It can remain something they can whine about and hold over our heads, and that they can pretend will be for all black people. But they’re gonna have to draw some lines somewhere and it’s gonna be hilarious.
