I mean I believe in the concept and it's application I just find personally and in general that people who cry "gaslighting" usually just are shitty people who can't acknowledge when they're wrong or try to block out the self realization of them being assholes.

Like alot of the buzzwords you listed, it's just another way of not accepting responsibility for their actions which the left seems to love.
