I wouldn't get too excited over this, Tucker hired a pretty well known attorney to handle his divorce from the FOX contract, this guy has enough connections to plant stories to push public interest.

What you are seeing here is just posturing so they revoke the non-compete clause. He'll keep planting stories like this in the right wing media and they are hoping that between the loss in viewers and public outcry FOX caves to make it stop and remove the non compete.
