It's no surprise that people who struggle differentiating truth and lies also cannot tell the difference between fact and fiction in stories. They also go along with the idea that men and women are the same, and can swap to become each other with drugs and surgery. Really to them the concept of "the truth" is basically whatever they are programmed to feel by emotional manipulation.
