They'd do a deep dive into your social media and sniff you out. And in this day & age, NOT having a social media history is just as bad as having posted the wrong things. It wouldn't surprise me if they made use of law enforcement resources to really snoop into your life.

I'm sure you also need a suitable degree from one of the approved state indoctrination centers. The group of people in the world who are secretly RW and have the credentials for this job would probably fit on a bus.
