What sucks is that I like Ahsoka but find it annoying that they are doing a bastardized Heir to the Empire. And it looks like Rey will do what Luke did in EU. They didn’t want to use the EU so they can have a clean slate. Then why bastardize
I think they want star wars, but only their own fan fiction of it. Rey is a Mary Sue and can't exist if other characters exist.
Yep. Honestly if she would’ve lost to Kylo Ren in TFA that would’ve made more sense, but they can’t show a woman getting beat. Also they couldn’t show Luke teach her anything.
That would have been a way more intense fight if she did. Iger and Kennedy chose against it.
Or as someone who was reading the books since 92 they could’ve done some animated adaptations of the legends stories
