How are they being eliminated? They still exist right? How is this the only delusion that must be affirmed 24/7 or it becomes genocide? I remember as a teen in the 90s girls being anorexic seemed to be going around. Never once was I told that I had to believe they were fat

Also if I told my friend that I had 4 arms and insisted on it I would hope they would try to get me some professional help
