LOL! Yes, I'm so glad it's not just me noticing this idiotic trope. This has definitely been written by people who have never even seen a pregnant woman before. It's one thing when they're in the early stages of pregnancy but have you ever seen them late stage? They fucking waddle because they've got this giant human in their belly.
It's not just Last of us and Wolfenstein, Avatar 2 pulled this shit as well and it's completely ridiculous. This is why I'm more forgiving of stuff like John Wick because yes, it's silly but at least they don't suspend all belief in reality in order to do a virtue signal.
I remember awhile back with a Call of Duty game they made a point of showing in the walk through sequences two/three people getting beaten up by a guy in an exosuit to show how much strength it gave the person. Woman then magically fights of two exosuit wearers in a much later scene because she has the power of vagina. It's so god damn cringe.
