I hate how plastic surgery looks. I don't get the appeal at all. Are there any men who actually enjoy it? I get the feeling it's women doing what they think men will like.
Yeah I mean, if it's something used to help someone with a genuinely awful disfigurement or a major facial injury that I completely understand because people can't help but stare if it's particularly bad I consider that a real service to people who have to go through that. However most examples shown by plastic surgeons are women getting fake tits and nose jobs and it always looks awful. Even a lot of the supposedly 'good' surgeries aren't that great looking.
You should look into "korean jaw surgery" just hit google images with that and you'll see lots of examples. Or check it out on youtube, also goes by "korean double jaw surgery". I'd say in 80% of the cases it does make people more attractive. It's a very serious surgery though, not just something you can easily do on the weekend and be fine the week or month after.

You only see the bad examples. Good plastic surgery is hard to notice, especially if you don't have a before/after and just see a face.
