The amount of people who realised from this that "dey don season dey chicken" means we don't coat our meat in some kind of powder spice mix straight from the store, after washing it in Dawn dish soap, is incredible.
Add "seasoning police" or "seasoning americans" to the list along side Dindus, basketball Americans, joggers etc.
It's specifically Lawry's 95% of the time, the other 5% is store brand garlic powder and onion powder. Replace Lawry's with Old Bay for seafood.
I take part of my comment back. I did not realize there are people stupid enough to actually "wash" chicken with bleach

Lawry's Seasoned Salt is not "dried spices" that human beings use
Lol well he was literally complaining about all spices not a particular brand or quality so yeah my original comment still stands. The idea that you have to constantly keep fresh ingredients to use to season food is retarded especially considering many recipes actively involve using the dried variants.
