TL;DW: The barrister explains how the Public Order Bill is about to become law and will criminalise thoughts and behaviours that cause harassment, intimidation, distress and harm to another person. He focuses on the silent prayer issue after an amendment to make it an exception was defeated. He also warns that the Government is preparing to make more views, opinions and beliefs criminal - warning viewers leaving comments on the video that their comment may one day be a criminal offence.
What does this mean? Will it be illegal to pray silently?
Within a particular distance of an abortion clinic. There is scope to extend that to other forms of prayer and the distance covered, up to the whole of the UK. It's why the barrister warned of mission creep in the video.
God is calling for martyrs, I guess.
