Yes. And there are other proposed laws that are due to deal with such behaviour going through Parliament now, such as the Online Safety Bill, Protection From Sex-Based Harassment in Public Bill and the Worker Protection Bill.

The one thing the Barrister pointed out in the video is that the Public Order Bill to deal with thought crime does not require someone to commit the behaviour more than once like the legal definition of harassment requires.
