There was no reason why these characters needed to be Christian. This was not a “necessary change” to the source material in order to make it more “filmable” or to “fit the medium of television”. This was just (heavily Jewish) producers turning the irredeemable bad guys into a bunch of Christians because Jewish Hollywood hates Christianity and takes every available opportunity to attack it.

I have said Christianity has been under this kind of attack since the 1990s. Mind you I was 5 in 1990 and still saw it.
