So can he counter sue for not just rent and utilities but all kinds of goods ? If she was paid for housework then that would make her the maid and as such anything she has bought with his money belongs to him, say the clothes she is wearing, maybe her phone, how much food she ate and all manner of different things.

Surely if we want a fair system that would be the case......RIGHT?
