Ukraine is open to share the national experience on eliminating gender-based violence and harassment in the world of work, thus reducing global level of this negative phenomena. We are also ready to share our experience and preliminary studies regarding scientifically grounded definition of the “work of equal value” and its practical implementation, taking into account national peculiarities

Commit to adopt the ILO Convention No.190 on eliminating gender-based violence and harassment in the world of work by 2023 in close cooperation with the social partners (civil society, trade unions, associations of employers);
Commit to develop and adopt the Law on equal remuneration for work of equal value by 2023 as a part of Ukraine’s commitments under ILO Convention No.100 in cooperation with social partners.
