Brazil not being there does make me wonder if they just reposted last year's list. Their website claims that the list has been updated as of March 1st 2023. Maybe the PDF hasn't.

I'll get back to you on that.

There is no record of Brazil re-signing Generation Equality but they might do it at the UN Commission on the Status of Women (March 8-17)

I would guess they probably will.
