Could you imagine maternity leave (paid, up to 24 months), menstrual leave (paid, 3-5 days per month), and "black bereavement leave" (paid, 1-5 days? per month)... As an employer, how could you get a black female employee to be even remotely productive? (I bet they wonder that already!)
Not even including paid sick days, regular holidays, and vacation LOL.
Actions speak louder than words. If you call someone "stunning and brave," but do not ask them to act as such and instead treat them like eternal children or human pets, it is pretty obvious what your true feelings are.
