I'm now deeply concerned with how often Carl can fit into any modern character's outline. And how often they will lack the depth of a side character portraying a stereotypical New Jersey/New York asshole from a 20-year-old absurdist adult cartoon.

I believe we can now set the Carl Standard, if a female figure is the mass equivalent of Carl then the movie/ show is guaranteed to be woke.
