I so despise that behavior, skirting a law literally by renaming the action that the law forbids.

Amazon does this. They fix prices which is highly illegal, but they frame flip it with the lowest effort possible simply by referring to the practice in an inverted way.

Normal people don't get away with this. Like okay, then, I guess it's time to go MANUALLY UNELECT some people, which is TOTALLY LEGAL combination of words /s.
