I'm not sure I disagree with James Dolan here. If a lawyer accuses you of operating an unsafe public space yet willingly endangers themselves by visiting those spaces for non-essential reasons, they clearly don't believe their own accusation.
Idk how many lawyers in those firms are actually involved in the lawsuit, but I’d believe it would be more fair if 1) this facial recognition shit didn’t exist, or if it has to exist, 2) only ban the people directly involved in the suit and not every lawyer in the firm if not every lawyer in the firm is involved
I'd be totally ok with it if we were all equally able to discriminate. But the fact of the matter is, the current rule of law being enforced favors forcing businesses to deal with people they don't want to.
