Walmart definitely soaked up a lot of the shoplifters since it's relatively easy to steal from a big chain.

This could actually be a positive, IF leftists weren't gutterslime cowards - if they rallied behind small businesses actively defending against shoplifting. But we all know what is really going to happen.
