Not really, they have the most to lose if trannies win - women's entire position in society is built on unearned privilege and bias dealt out by women in power positions to other women and young girls. Trannies usurping the definition of women could upend the whole system because they actually have a protected class status to defend in court, while the "discrimination against men" laws that should have prevented the vast majority of women's actions aren't worth the paper they are written on.
