That doesn't sound representative of either Dilbert's or Scott Adams' personal views.
For an attempt at a parody like this, it's not funny if it's completely off the mark.
It's not making fun of Adams or Dilbert, it's making fun of how he's being represented since the latest incident featuring him.
You probably know this "content creator" better than I do. Do you really think this is what he was trying to portray?
To me, this just seems like the same brush that the left tries to slather on everyone even mildly critical of their dogma. It seems like an attempt at character assassination, now that Scott Adams has lost a platform and a large source of revenue.
