He couldn't have predicted that. If a time traveler showed him modernity and said he was right, everything he predicted came true but worse, he would have laughed him off because no authoritarian regime would be so utterly, proudly incompetent and corrupt.

To be fair, he did mention that communism and socialism attract a huge swathe of sexual degenerates (fags, trannies, pedos)... he just didn't foresee that they would end up being used to install a new religion.
