Driving
Driving games haven't really improved for a long time. No mention of actual arcade game racing which is a lot of fun.
Maximum Tune and Wangan Midnight club are excellent examples of games meant for arcade, and great driving experiences. You race others through a city with actual traffic, and update your car.

Medicine
With Covid insanity newly defined medical problems can not be taken care of. Pots is a messed up thing that comes with ehlers danlos syndrome and can mean fainting, sudden paralysis, and even seizures. My sister has it and had to get titanium plates surgically installed to live a normal life.
Mainly because when men get symptoms of this shit, we are told to walk it off or quit being babies. I deal with this shit everyday, drinking caffeine and sugar to handle the effects. I don't know if POTS is what I have, I don't fucking care. I work 2 jobs and don't have time to pretend to be more sick than I am like some weakass woman who everyone fauns over the moment she blinks twice.
My sister was told to walk it off a lot as well. The best way to check for it involves moving your neck or spin in a weird way during an MRI. Most techs don't even know how to do that, so it's difficult to even get the procedure to see if it happens. My sister's brainstem was disconnected from her skull. She could look behind herself. We called it owling. It's from a family of naturally flexible people.
It's a rare thing, and I expect a lot of grifters to latch onto it. I also expect guys not to know about it since they're told to man up a lot. So between the grifters, the idiot doctors and medical staff, and being told to man up or walk it off I expect a full shitshow on this one.
My fingers bend naturally backwards or curl into the gorilla paws. My thumb can't even bend forwards enough to manipulate the joystick without using the bend instead of the pad. So, naturally flexible is mildly putting it. I also have to crack my spine several times a day because my back slips outta wack a lot, and pinches my nerves.
Between that and hypoglycemia, I have to be extremely careful with somethings.
That sounds like Ehlers Danlos. Look into it and if you can get help. You don't need to man up if you don't have to.
An image search for it looks like my shit. Weird.
