Do you realize the pauses and voice inflection and nuances in pronunciation that went on in your head as you typed don't translate to the screen? The reader can make a good guess, but you're literally forcing people to concentrate more than necessary to understand you. Most people won't bother. Grammar and punctuation is useful.
