I honestly don't even believe it's as high as 1%, the population is 330 million, I'm supposed to believe there's 3.3 million of these freaks in the country?

But yeah I asked my boomer dad who is plugged into sports and Netflix what the percentage he thought America was black and he told me 40%, he refused to believe it was 13%
