Videogames
Konami will be at E3 this year to show off new games, collaborations, and rereleases. Metal Gear Solid and Castlevania are the most prominent.
An excellent article on remasters and remakes that asks why so many are subpar. It turns out in one case, the original game was lost, so it's a port of a lesser version.

VR
An article saying millennials and Gen Z are more likely to play immersive media than read a book or watch TV. They show someone playing VR, and talk that up, but the game is Roblox. They imply VR and mean videogames.
The actual report can be read here. It says VR and AR are not needed for the Metaverse to continue to grow. Keep in mind, they mean videogames, but want it to sound cooler.
TV and Movies
Agatha Harkness' show has been changed to TBD. It was part of the new Marvel Disney+ shows.
Avengers the Musical to be shown at Disneyland.

YouTube will have higher nitrate for 1080p videos if you pay premium.
YouTube also allows you to dub into multiple languages.
Warner Bros making more Lord of the Rings films. It's a blow to Amazon. I would love some more stories, but fear this may be a cash grab.

Coca-cola has announced a deal with ChatGPT and OpenAI. Expect advertisements, and HR changes.
Dr Pepper has a new flavor. My wife really likes it.

Automation and AI
Google has taken their everyday robot program and let it die. The program will continue, but through the regular automation department, which will use any products made for other stuff. The company says it will continue the project, but expect it to be very low priority now.
Harvard doesn't think ChatGPT is a threat.

Nvidia had an investors meeting so we are getting stuff from that. The president of Nvidia says that ChatGPT shows how normal language is now computer language. Need some code? Tell the program to make it.
New Qualcomm chip can use AI imaging at new fast rate of 14.2 seconds. How to install said programs would be nice to know.

More states are reviewing AP classes, especially African American History.
Students walked out of class in Florida to protest governor DeSantis. The amount seems to be small, but the articles make sure that doesn't show.
The walkouts are because Florida is changing the way education works in the state. Also transgender students are not getting cared for or something. Really it's the universities are realizing they have a new set of rules and they want to rebel.
