I mean, keep mocking your friends. That helps. And absolutely don't use our enemies' very public unforced humiliation against them. Let them turn the sales records into ACKSHUALLY them owning the chuds because glorious trans wizard utopia and also all of their boycott shit has been memory holed. Because it's done. The sales records are set, no matter how salty you want to be about it.
This isn't like 2012, where media was still seen as somewhat trustworthy, and gentle articles were coming out about how "we all need to do better." This was a full-blown, spittle flecked, psychotic public meltdown.

No, I said their tantrum didn't work. (It didn't work with Gamergate, either; the journo outlets that we targeted are now widely regarded as dead, with YouTubers taking over as trusted reviewers, but that's a different discussion.) The game is bigger than it ever would have been without them, and they look like unmitigated jackasses to be ignored (or, to hear them tell it, actively mocked and LITERALLY GENOCIDED) on the road to obscene profit. Their next cancelation attempt will be weakened, perhaps dramatically, by this, and that's a good thing.
