This is why I still remote work, even so late after the pandemic. No interaction happens that isn't on my terms.
I do want to go back to the office and get higher pay, but every time I think about it, I see something like this.

If you actively refused to even acknowledge their existence, or something, even in a work context, that justifiably isn’t acceptable, but if we’re talking “he refuses to go and get lunch with us”, then yeah, I can see your thinking here…

I think women have, as a group, justifiably earned the reputation that you should minimize interactions with them for your own safety.
You people have to have the last word don't you.
