Surprisingly not. I recently switched platforms after having quit about a month after Warlords of New York came out, which was sometime around March 2020, and they've still been pushing out seasons. There are a couple new activities that weren't around when I last played. The player count is fairly healthy as well. It doesn't take long to fill parties for Challenging and Heroic missions, though anything below that is dead.
Bwahahaha, what did they do, literally lose the key to the office or let a kid change the password login and need to bribe them with sweets to get it..
TIL The Division 2 isn't a dead game.
