Men have to treat women at work like a fucking minefield, best to simply avoid them, for how easy it is for a woman to destroy a man's career for no reason. If you just don't talk to them and keep it strictly professional, when they do go to HR, they will have no ability to bring anything against you. This is a demon of the "me too" movement and the result of radical feminism. Men don't want to train, talk to or interact with women at work, it is too risky.
