Got no fucking idea, seems like it's just a bit to play up the video

The most I do and I see other people doing when they workout (both men and women) are 1 of 2 things:

Counting for how many reps they are doing

Grunting especially with heavier weights

Saying anything is rare not the norm, usually happens when you have 2 or more working out together so you have a mini prep squad cheering you on lol
