The article says nothing about a browser (which is a google chromium browser btw).
Any way, all google/bing search results (and from their frontends), will still be censored. I highly recommend using one of the three independent ones.

It was mentioned at the event, I just grabbed the first article that would archive. I'll find one that mentions the changes to Edge.
